30 minutes of well nothing. You don't get to know the contestants, and the competitions have no meaning. I think this is just a way for Barbie execs to build their brand. Don't waste your time!

Biggest Loser Episode 4

I must say biggest loser has captivated the TV viewers. This seasons contestants are very self motivated and very inspirational.

After a huge temptation challenge all of the contestants were successful except one. Who even though he fell into the temptation he only consumed 150 calories. Heck I was tempted to eat all the food just form sitting at home and watching it. And all of the contestants are looking better, you can actually notice the weight loss.

In regards to the "unknowns" I think when they return to the ranch they are in for a reality check. In a way they kind of are on a vacation with maids and people cooking their meals. The ranch sets a more realistic tone for the contestants. It will be interesting to see how their weight loss will be affected since they wont be waited on once they are back at the ranch.

Like in all seasons it is very moving seeing the contestants read letters from home. And this proves the theories on having emotional support. No body can do it on their own, you need strong motivators around you. I'm looking forward to seeing all of the contestants weight loss journeys unfold. And PS Biggest Loser no body like to be continued episodes!

The Bachelor Episode 4 ..Womack What Are You Thinking??

Dear Brad,

We understand that you want to find love, and want all the girls to be open to love with you but come on!!! What are you thinking or are you totally and utterly  blind to psycho Michelle and crazy eyes Ashley? I don't know how long I can watch if you continue down this path.

Lets get real. This has to be the season for most crying. Every episode there has been at least 3 cry sessions. Its beginning to get ridiculous. And Brad darling I am sorry but Michelle is of her rocker. Who "punches" themselves in their sleep? comeee onnn. What would she do to you in your sleep hellooo Lorena Bobbitt. Oh don't let me forget to mention she is always the center of the drama and "yanks" you away. Talk about over protective stalker clinger. Do you honestly want to spend your life with someone that over whelming and controlling? Walk away man walk away.  If I hear her make one more threat to the other girls I will scream ..at the TV of course. You make yourself look like a fool Michelle.

Lets not forget about Ashley or as I call her the female Weather man. Her eyes almost fall out of her head. What do you see in her? Drama. I think drama is something Womack enjoys. Once these two are history the show will be much more enjoyable. Ashley the Dentist and the Weather Man from last season should get together.

OK on to the ones I like....
Admit it Brad you Love Emily. She is sooo cute and sweet. Im team Emily all the way. And Penelope Cruz look alike Jackie is soo beautiful and such a nice person. and Both Chantals. Hopefully Brad will go down the right path on this one. There are too many nice girls on this season to go for the crazies.

Cant wait for next Mondays episode!! Looks like a whole lot more drama :D
